Pilates-Based Physical Therapy encourages you to take an active role in your recovery. Laura will help you learn new ways to listen to your body, new ways to engage your movements and of to take care of yourself. As an active participant, your benefits will be maximized and your healing time shortened. As you learn to listen to your body more attentively, you can prevent future injury.
